As COVID-19 began in 2020, hostility and harassment towards Chinese and other Asian-American communities (specifically attacking women and elderly) have increased due to misinformation and COVID-19 stigma.

We can not quarantine from this one. If the current pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that we need to prioritize our health and environment in all communities. This means preventing the harsh impacts of climate change and fighting for environmental justice.
Art therapy is a successful treatment program for many individuals. So, could simple artistic activities be used to ease anxiety at home with the same results as Art Therapy? Here’s my idea, based on personal experience, of what I call, “Art Therapy At Home!”
